Yoga for Peace of Mind :
Led byJeff Gonet. This class aims to enhance peace of mind. Viniyoga techniques will be used to calm the mind and relax the body. This gentle yet deep class is suitable for all levels of ability, including complete beginners.
Asanas (postures) will focus on contralateral methodology : right brain left brain activation by using specific movements of the right and left sides of the body. This approach will help to increase mental clarity and relaxation of the body, thereby reducing anxiety and depression.
Simple breathing techniques will be taught, one has an uplifting effect on the autonomic nervous system, another a calming effect, and one a balance of both. These techniques can be used off the mat as well, outside of class (at no extra charge !).
Cost is €15. However, If you have class credits in your online account, one can be used for this class.
Class size is truly limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
